seems like i like to repeat myself, but i really haven't written in this space for a pretty long time. I'll be brief and all so i can touch on what happened for the entire month or so. A word of warning though, image heavy.

As usual, i'll start with the most recent.

Helped out with ballet exams at Gek Poh Ville CC just as i did last year. It was somewhat my first indirect touch with ballet again after say, 6 months? It felt somewhat weird, but i enjoyed that whole feeling of dance all around.

Juu (new hair color omgah) & Sihui -- been pretty long since we last took a photo together.

Ended everything around 6, got a lift from ms wong to yck mrt station before i made my way from there to shaw to meet ros. The usual 10 minute busride from toapayoh to shawplaza took an hour instead because of a tree that fell along balestier road. Seriously, it was one of the worst jams i've experienced.

Watched Step Up 2 (again) with ros. Felt a little different somewhat. Then there's that overwhelming feeling again. ROSSSSSSS T___T

Was late in meeting Yams, Vicks and Joe at Little India to shop for their ethnic costumes. Sorry! I felt like i was on a heritage trail once i stepped into that area. Vicks got her outfit before i arrived.




Garlands!

We decided to walk to Arab Street to look for more, and joe managed to get hers there. On the way there, we walked past the flea market at Pasar Lane. I wanna go there sometime!



Headed to Chinatown afterwhich. I seriously felt like a tourist the entire day, haaa. Thank goodness the three managed to get their outfits after a full day of walking! :D Shopped around with yams abit even after joe and vick left for town. It's been great catching up with you guys and i miss you all.

Decided not to procrastinate anymore and dye my hair that night. Chocolate brown now, but it really looks more like black. Not that i'm complaining (:

The last event to close DPA-NPP.

A Learning to Lead Camp at Kota Tinggi.

Day 1 was just spent at the staff hub listening bout the theory parts of leadership though. Errr....

Boyf came to pick me up from sch after class and we headed down to town tgt (: I seriously felt super stuffed from dinner. Seems like i just can't resist food i love, heh. headed home pretty early to pack for the overseas trip the next day.

Day 2 we met at block 73 and had a lil briefing before heading to Kota Tinggi via coach. The journey there was pretty smooth, and we reached the place around noon.

The place was supposedly a resort, so the rooms are actually pretty nice. Quad sharing in room 412, i bunked with Carylyne, Nadiah and Hong Ni.

Lunch and games shortly after, i can't believe i fell sick again. The exact same thing that struck me for sports camp came back and i had to go back to the bunk to rest. I felt a whole lot better on day 3, though (:

Day 3 started off with a lil theory again in the seminar room. We had an assessed practical in the afternoon (yes, yes. spoiler) but it was pretty fun also. Did i mention how the only thing in Kota Tinggi (or at least the place we were at) has only One attraction? It's the waterfall. Seriously, if you ever went there for a holiday, you could only watch low reception telly in your room, or play in the waterfall area.

A downside though, a whole lot of flies and insects (apparently there was a frog in one group's toilet). I caught this photo when i was walking back from lunch. I used my phone to take it and i didnt even zoom. The ants are HUGEEE and sick.


EWWWWWWWW.

We were given free time to play in the waterfall pool and enjoy bbq dinner and music that night. & FMS girls sure know how to have fun. Dancing around our table resulted in a dance battle between them and the BA Boys (?!). Lasted for half an hour before we all resumed to gathering together and shouting songs. Haaaa. Thanks to all those nice people who just kept bbq-ing and delivering food to our table!





Day 4 we rose early to take a graded test which made up 50% of our grades (i know, i know, like wth!?) 2 short essays to end of camp :/ We still had fun though, the time spent in the room before and after that. We were all tired, but even then, resting on the floor was a game.

There was this segment that we gave out gems to acknowledge what people have done for you, and it suddenly got pretty emotional. I couldn't help but cry also when Jying suddenly just came in front of me and bawled and bawled. (huggggs)

The ride home was seemingly faster than when we went there. Mom picked me up and we drove through macs on the way home (was craving for it since the first day).

We walked around alot and settled quite abit of monetary stuff before heading to Bugis. I left the girls first to pick boyf up from class ^^ its sick how he managed to guess i'll be there though -__-
We walked alotttt just to look for food, then alot more to get my mac mighty mouse and notebook case.

Went down to bishan in the morn to settle the CPF thing with mom before heading to school to collect my macbook. wern was supposed to meet me in sch to collect the stuff and all but yeh smth cropped up. Ended up downloading the software and all even without an appointment (or so they insist) and signed up for FMS FOC camp (why why why why why must i put in so much effort to try and make new friends and socialiseeee) lugged the stuff to town to meet wern. watched step up 2 at ps, then walked around. Went to funan in an attempt to look for accesories, but i ended up buying stickers instead.


wern fiddling with it in subway. thank you for carrying it the entire day!

i still don't really know what to name my macbook. Serene's black is dope, Huishan's mac is Kate White. Hmmmm....

Industrial visit to Starhub. We kinda went there for just a talk and a tour. Pretty okay, not that im interested in that area. I'm thankful its related to our courses though.

Industrial visit to Mega Media at Bukit Merah. I thought it would be boring, but it turned out quite fun actually. The tour of the place was what made everything seem interesting because the equipment and design was very professional.





We had lunch at Spring Singapore's Cafe. That building just reminds me of the days of working at SVCA, and looking for Techpoint with Weng :b

I wonder what people think of us. because FMS is always up to so many whacky ideas and themed-days.



UNIFORM DAY. I felt pretty relunctant to put on the uniform and go to Ngee Ann. Was having a self debate in the morning whether or not to change after i got to school instead.


It's all good though, i enjoyed myself so so much :D

The show wasn't that bad, but i'm not the type who would watch smth like that. The company was awesome however :D We camwhored at the fountain outside after the movie.


Met wern after that and we walked around vivo abit. Played with his robotcam YAYYYYY.
